IRONGEAR ADJUSTABLE DUMBBELLS Product Warranty

The manufacturer guarantees that this product is free from defects in both workmanship and materials, provided it is used under standard residential conditions, for a duration of ONE (1) year from the original invoice date. The customer is responsible for covering shipping and handling fees. Within the warranty period, the manufacturer commits to either repair any material or workmanship defects or offer a reconditioned product of equal value, free of charge (except for shipping, handling, packing, return postage, and insurance fees incurred by the customer). Such repairs or replacements are subject to confirmation of the defect or malfunction, along with proof of purchase demonstrated by the model number on the original dated sales receipt.

All IRONGEAR products are guaranteed to be free from material and workmanship defects. Warranty coverage is applicable only to the original purchaser, and valid proof of an IRONGEAR purchase is required. Any usage of the product in a manner not recommended by IRONGEAR will void the warranty coverage.

What this warranty does not cover:

• Damage to the product due to dropping or slamming of the dumbbell.
• Normal wear and tear and cosmetic damage that does not impede the use of the dumbbells (e.g., scratches, dents, or paint peeling).
• Any damage, failure, or loss caused by accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, improper assembly, improper maintenance, Acts of God, tampering, alteration, modification, theft, or failure to follow instructions or warnings.
• Use of products in a manner or environment for which they were not designed.
• IRONGEAR is not responsible for any extended coverage terms offered by a distributor or service provider.

Limitations:

IRONGEAR's responsibility under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product at IRONGEAR's sole discretion. In no event shall IRONGEAR's liability exceed the purchase price paid by the purchaser. Under no circumstances shall IRONGEAR be liable for any loss, whether direct, indirect, incidental, foreseen, unforeseen, special, or consequential, arising from or related to the use of this product. This warranty is valid only in the United States of America and Canada.

No agent, representative, dealer, or employee has the authority to change or extend the obligations or limitations of this warranty. Any implied warranties, including the WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY and any WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, are limited in duration to the term of the applicable express warranty provided above, whichever is longer. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Procedures:

Replacement parts covered under warranty will be provided by IRONGEAR. The original purchaser must provide proof of purchase from IRONGEAR. Part assembly, additional taxes, handling, packing, return postage, insurance, and shipping expenses are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

IRONGEAR has the option to repair or replace any product or parts that require replacement under the warranty. IRONGEAR can also replace any equipment that is structurally defective with a new unit or a unit of equal value. If you choose to repair an IRONGEAR product or part yourself or use a replacement part not supplied by IRONGEAR, IRONGEAR will not be liable for any costs, damage, failure, or loss caused by the use of unauthorized service or parts.

IRONGEAR reserves the right to monitor all warranty claims for fraud and may void any warranty offered if it determines, at its sole discretion, that warranty fraud exists with respect to any claim made.
