Delivery is available for a flat fee of $5.00 for any orders below $50.00. Anything above $50.00 receive free shipping for the contiguous 48 states USA and Canada. If you are looking for shipping to YUKON/NORTHWEST TERRITORIES, ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO OR NUNAVUT, please reach out to us in advance for a quote. We will try our best to get incredible pricing from our amazing partners. Orders are processed in the order we receive them. If it is urgent, reach out to us by chat, we'll process immediately.

Order processing typically requires 1-3 days, and once that's complete, delivery usually takes an additional 2-8 days. Please keep in mind that while we make every effort to deliver your purchase within the estimated window, both dispatch and delivery times are approximate and not assured. We strive to meet our estimated delivery times, but sometimes actual delivery times may be influenced by factors beyond our control.
Kindly note that tracking information will become available online a few days after your order has been shipped.
Pickup in USA
Pickup is not available as of yet, however, will be available in Florida sometime in 2024. Should you need to pickup in Broward and Palm Beach counties, please reach out to us before so we can work it out for you.
Pickup in Canada
Clients in Canada have the option to come pick up their order at our warehouse in Montreal. You will receive an invite by email to schedule a pickup time between 9:00 am and 4:00 PM from Monday to Friday. If you are not able to make it in this window, arrangements can be made, let us know!
*Please note that we are unable to keep items at our warehouse for an undetermined period of time, we kindly ask that you pick up your order within 2 weeks after the last item on your order has arrived at the warehouse. If you do not pickup your order within the prescribed timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel your order and your purchase will be immediately refunded following the cancellation. If for any reason at all, you are unable to come pick up your order within the prescribed 2 week period, please communicate with us beforehand so that we may arrange a specific date for the pickup and avoid cancelling your order where applicable.
